11/14 - 11/23

Join us for The Big Draw on Today, November 14 from 2:20-3:30.  It’s an afternoon of free, hands-on exploration of art. Families will be invited to bring their imagination to life in guided activities through drawing, painting, folding & building. Bring cash to shop the PTO Bake Sale for tasty treats & vote for this year’s yearbook cover!  Hope to see you there!

5th grade is participating in the 11th Annual Great Bedtime Story Pajama Drive. Accepting donations of brand new pajamas in all sizes from newborn to adult. Pajamas must be a complete set. For every pair of pajamas donated, Scholastic Book Clubs will donate a brand new book to Pajama Program to give to kids who are affected by instability.  Donate pajamas to any 5th grade class or bring to the main office before Dec. 5.

Counselors Corner: We want our students to appreciate differences at school and in their lives.Teaching children to see similarities is important, but the goal is not to eliminate our differences. By acknowledging differences and similarities simultaneously, kids will find they can learn from people who aren't like them. Short videos on this and other subjects will be shown during lunch occasionally.
