Fri. Nov. 2            Fall Festival on the back field from 3:30 - 6:30. 
Pre-sale tickets can be picked up after school Friday in front of school by eagle 12 - 1 or at HQ tent during festival.  Students make sure to sign in binder to get class credit.
Games including bouncers, vendors, fabulous opportunity prizes, entertainment.  yummy food; hot dogs, tacos, cotton candy, popcorn, bake sale, spam musubi and more. Costume contest at 4pm (register between 3:30 - 4 by ramp outside J5--$1 individual costume or $5 to enter group category)


Mon. Nov. 5                  School starts at 7:55 every day - Be in your seat or get tardy slip

Tues. Nov. 6                  NO SCHOOL - Election Day

Wed. Nov. 7         Chaperone Training in PCNC Corner of front office 8:00 – 8:30am
                           Family Portraits from 4:30 - 7:30- book your session at                               www.houseofphoto.com and select Daniel K Inouye Elementary.

Thurs. Nov. 8        Picture Retakes - Bring back pictures you didn't like to retake.
                           New students since Sept. take pictures for yearbook.

Fri. Nov. 9            Turkey Trot - Each grade level comes to the field at their designated time to donate canned food and then run or walk the big field to music for 30 minutes. Wear closed toe shoes and comfortable clothes. Parents can come to run or walk with their child.  PreK/K is  9-9:30 --  1st is 9:30-10--  2nd is 10-10:30 . ---  3rd is 10:30-11--- 
4th is  11-11:30---   5th is 11:30-12

Sat. Nov. 3 .    Hickam Arts & Crafts Center Fall Craft Fair from 9am - 3pm.  Featuring over 120 booths selling original handmade arts and crafts. Live entertainment, pony rides, great food, prize drawings, make-n-takes, live wood and pottery demos.  www.greatlifehawaii.com

Sat. Nov. 3 .    Book Sale - Friends of Mililani Public Library hosts a used Book Sale from 9am -3pm with bargains on books, CD's & DVD's. Call 808-627-7470

Sat. Nov. 3  Leeward Discovery Fair from 9am - 3pm
Got little scientists in your home? Bring them to Leeward Community College’s free day of family fun. For the 50-year anniversary celebration, kids will be able to watch liquid nitrogen freeze flowers and boiling liquid, play with giant bubbles, step into quicksand and decorate high-flying rockets. The first 500 families to check in at the information booth will receive baskets filled with $50 gift cards, backpacks, school supplies and other prizes. Not only is this anniversary celebration a free event, it’s easy on budgets, too. Sat. Nov. 3 Family Dance Party from 5pm - 9pm for Free at Kapolei Commons. Boogie the night away at a keiki dance party fueled by deejays, Flossing challenges (the dance move, not the dental string!), and plenty of glow sticks, bubbles and balloons. When you crave peace and quiet, bring your kids to the silent disco station, where they’ll dance to music only they can hear on headphones. Takeout dinner options include Barrio Café, Aloha Plate, DB Grill or La Tour Café, and frozen treats from Kona Ice. Sun. Nov. 4 .    Seed Exchange and Gardening fair at Waimea Valley from 8:30am - 2pm Free. Join Hawai'i SEED and Slow Food Oahu for a seed and plant cutting swap.  There will also be a variety of information and inspiration for backyard gardeners and farmers, including 4 workshops on a variety of subjects. facebook.com/hawaii-seedorg

Mon. Nov. 5 .    Candy Science - Bring leftover Halloween candy to Pearl City Public Library from 6 - 7:30pm for candy experiments.  Find out which candy bar floats, do an acid test on sour candy and much more.  Call 808-453-6566
