Leilehua Complex will be having our Digital Citizenship Summit for students, parents and teachers on Saturday, April 17th. In preparation for the Summit, we are hosting a Digital Citizenship Video Contest, open to students in K - 12th grade 
The finalists and winning videos will be showcased at the Digital Citizenship Summit

Above and Beyond at Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum

This is the final weekend to visit this Boeing exhibit which takes kids through the world of flying at various levels. "Above and Beyond" was only open for a few months before the museum closed because of the pandemic. So, it decided to open it for one final weekend before it moves on. Kids can design and fly a jet, take wing as a bird in the interactive game, ride an elevator to Mars and look at virtual 3D models of various air and spacecraft. The exhibit is just part of this fun museum for families. 

  • $15 for kamaʻāina and military adults, $10 for kamaʻāina and military kids 4 to 12 years, $25 general admission.
  • Through Sunday, March 14. The museum is open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Wednesday through Sunday.

Secure your spot for the Science and Sustainability Festival

Make plans now for next weekend’s festivities at Bishop Museum as space is limited. On March 20, enjoy discounted admission and a day full of programming around ocean conservation and preservation. Keiki can collect sustainability stamps at the booths around the 15-acre campus to earn a post-visit treat. Other family-friendly activities include planting seedlings while learning about native plants, a scavenger hunt and social media contest.

  • $5 discounted kama‘āina admission. Free for children under 4. Free for museum members. Parking is $5 on campus.
