logging into your chromebook

 Aloha DKIES Parents,

This message is for parents of kindergarten through fifth grade that will be using a school owned chromebook or managed personal chromebook.

Using Your Clever Badge to Sign into Your Chromebook
Students who are using Badges will go through the following login flow:

1. Power on the Chromebook.
2. Click on the blue “NEXT” button.
3. Once you’ve selected the "NEXT" button, the badge screen will appear.

Students should then be able to scan their badge, and see a green checkmark.
Once students see the green checkmark, the Clever loading page will appear and the student will be signed into the Chromebook.

 

Logging in to a Chromebook Without a Clever Badge
Students who are not using Badges will go through the following login flow:

1. Power on the Chromebook.
2. Click on "Sign in with a different account.”
3. Enter your Inouye google account and password.

Once students enter their credentials and hit "NEXT", they will be signed into the Chromebook.
 

Clever and Inouye Google Accounts

Your child's Clever and Inouye Google account and password will be sent home with you child when on the first meeting date with your teacher.
