We are accepting donations of cardboard boxes. Please bring them to the library.

Now accepting bus payments for 2nd quarter. The office will be open over Fall Break 8am - 4pm to make payment.

Join us Friday, September 27, 5:30-7:00pm for our Eat, Play, Build Family Event.  First chance to shop the Book Fair in the library. Flier came home in Wednesday folder, please RSVP to attend and how many meals you plan to purchase through PTO (send no money now, just paper) This event invites you to “make the mess at school” as you and your family create a game in the cafeteria for the school-wide Cardboard Challenge. You can bring your game to share with others.


Friday, Oct. 4 is our 6th annual School-wide Cardboard Challenge.

Ask your child's teacher if his/her class will Build the game at home   OR Build the game at school in the classroom.

Wed. Sept. 25      Copy Training 8 - 9am. Meet in PCNC room. We will go to copy room - No kids

Thurs. Sept. 26    2nd Grade Field Trip to HTY
                      Popcorn Thursday, prepay for your $1 bag of popcorn & it's delivered to class

Fri. Sept. 27        School Pictures taken today for all students
                      Boxtops Collection Day but you can download the Boxtops Ap and scan receipts now.  Keep on clipping labels off qualifying products and sending them in to your class.
                      Eat Play Build family event from 5:30pm - 7pm. Shop the Book Fair, purchase a meal by PTO, Build a game from cardboard and other supplies.

Sat. Sept. 21 .    Dino Days at Schofield Barracks School Age Center from 10am - 2pm. A great day of free fun entertainment, arts, crafts, games, bounce houses, outdoor activities and more. Food available for purchase - cash only.  1885 Lyman Road, building 1280.

Sept. 26     SGT Yano Library Block Party with LEGO's 3pm - 4:30pm

Sept. 28 .    Fun Fair at Leilehua High School from 10am - 2pm. join us on the front lawn for carnival games, craft booths, great food and family fun. Wristbands pre-sold for $20 unlimited Xtreme Fun attractions.

Sat. Sept. 28 .    Decorate 1000 heroes' graves with flowers at Punchbowl from 8am - 11am.  Punchbowl is 1 of only 2 national memorial cemeteries in the USA (Arlington is the other) For the 14th year, the 100th Infantry Battalion Club invites the public to help. www.nvlchawaii.org

Sun. Sept. 29 .    Punchbowl has memorial service from 9:30 - 10:30. Public is invited to this service honoring Nisei soldiers of World War 2, including the 100th battalion (Purple Heart Battalion), the 442nd (Go for Broke Battalion), Regimental Combat Team, the Military Intelligence Service (MIS), and the 1399 Engineer and Construction Battalion
