Community Events

Sat. Oct. 14 .    Learn to create cartoon and superhero characters at the Kapolei Public library, 1`020 Manawai Street at noon for FREE.  In celebration of teen read week, local cartoonists Michael Cannon and Jon Murakami will teach teens how to create cartoon and superhero characters.  This is a 45 minute program and drawing supplies will be provided. Ages 10 and up are welcome.  808-693-7050

Sat. Oct. 14 .    Walking with Sierra Club Hawai'i at Ho'omaluhia Botanical Garden at 45-680 Luluku Road in Kaneohe.  From 10 - 11 for Free.  Get outside and move naturally and connect with your community with the Blue Zones Project.
