Physical Fitness Community Events to register your kids for now

Our school will receive $3 from each designated entry for the HONOLULU Family Fun Run. This year’s registration has opened. Remember to choose our school at registration so that we receive $3 from each entry.
            The run will be on March 31st at Ala Moana Beach Park from 7-10 a.m. There will be the 500 meter dash for keiki 10 and under and a timed 5k run/walk for families. Stick around for fun family-friendly festivities after the run.

Central Oahu Spring Break Camp – 2018 Cost for early registration is $195.00

The Central Oahu Spring Break Soccer Camp will teach Players how to improve their soccer skills and develop a higher level of confidence with the ball.March 19-23, 2018 – Central Oahu Regional Park

Time: 9am to 3pm  (Drop Off From 8:30am, Pick up till 3:30pm)
Who:  All boys and girls ages 6-14 welcome
Attire: Proper soccer attire including cleats, shin guards, ball, water bottle, & sack lunch. Cost includes camp t-shirt, Ask about team/group registration discount.

Camp will improve the skills of all players from Beginner to Elite. Beginning players will work on fundamentals and Ball Mastery, while Elite players will be brought to a whole new level with advanced skills training.

Fri. Feb. 9 .    Wahiawa Botanical Garden  9am - noon Learn how to make a Ti leaf lei. Lei will be placed on graves at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific on Memorial Day. Pre-registration is required. Call 522-7066

Feb. 9 .    Family Fun Fitness Day for the whole family at Kalakaua Community Center from 4pm - 6:30pm.  Join IPC for an afternoon of fun, interactive games, drills and demonstrations the entire family will enjoy. Learn about our sports and fitness programs available to you and your family throughout the year -- all FREE.  Check out and take part in: basketball, Hopscotch, Hula Hoop, Jump Rope, Soccer, Baseball drills. Jumping Jacks contest - How many can you do in 30 seconds? Bring your bikes and safety gear and test your skills at the Bike Rodeo. Bring 10 canned food items to help Hawaii's hungry and receive a ticket for a prize drawing. Dance performances, Zumba and kick-boxing demos and more.

Feb. 10    Chinese Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii presents its annual Chinatown New Year’s Celebration at Chinatown Cultural Plaza 5pm – 10pm on Feb. 9 and 10am – 10pm on Feb. 10.  This family friendly event will feature more than 30 vendors, live entertainment and more  There will be Lion dance , so bring $1.00 to feed the lion to bring good luck in the year of the dog. Sat. Feb. 10 Second Saturday at O‘ahu Urban Garden Center (955 Kamehameha Hwy, Pearl City) from 8:30 – 11:30. Pack insect repellant and sunscreen for the first open Saturday at the Pearl City garden. Stop to smell the Honolulu Rose Societyʻs potted roses for sale in time for Valentineʻs Day. Educational booths will have experts to advise families about plant care and make sure to save some time for the kids to explore the childrenʻs garden. Sat. Feb. 17   Wahiawa Lions Community Food Drive from 10am – 2pm near Longs.  Bring canned meats, tuna, beans, fruits, vegetables, soups, rice, cereal, etc. Help the many needy children, elderly and adults in our community.
