Fri. Feb. 23     Wahiawa Botanical Garden offers Plant Doc. Bring plant questions and problems and get advice from a plant doctor from 9am – 10:00.  Place plant sample in a sealed plastic bag and bring it.  Attendees also will learn about soil, plant selection, propagation and more.  Pre-registration is required. Fri. Feb. 23     Chinese New Year celebration at Mililani Shopping Center from 5:30 – 7:30pm. Demonstrations and performances by Asian Lion Dance Team. Visit mililanishoppingcenter.com 

Sat. Feb. 24 .    Chinese New Year celebration at Wahiawa Shopping Center & Town Center (parking lot of Longs and Foodland) from 10am - 1pm.  11:30 appearance of Narcissus Court. 12:00 Lion Dance & martial arts demo. Calligraphy art, Chinese readings, chi kung, and more

March 2, 3, 4 .    Waialua High School Carnival with EK Fernandez midway of rides and games, live entertainment, ono food and much more. March 2 from 6pm - 10pm, 3rd noon - 10pm and 4th noon - 6pm. www.waialuacarnival.org

 Sat. March 3 .    Dole Plantation's family Fun Day from 10am - 2pm. This FREE annual event with entertainment provided by Central Oahu school groups, clubs and other organizations. Live musical performances, prize giveaways, arts and crafts, games and a lot of family friendly laughs with Augie T.  Regular attractions are discounted this day. Entrance to Pineapple Garden Maze and Garden are buy one and get one free. Also Train Tour is reduced rate.


Sat. March 3   The Army is hosting a 10K run to the top of Kolekole Pass. The race is open to the general public and military members of all ages. Registered participants will begin the race on Schofield Barracks at the base of the mountains and follow the road to the top of Kolekole Pass. Just across the pass they can catch their breath at a scenic coastal overlook of the Leeward Coast, before turning around and heading back down. COST: ·$35 Late Entry, t-shirt size not guaranteed - Register by March 1.

Sat. March 3 .    Non profit organization Volunteer Legal Services Hawai'i hosts a pop up legal clinic from 9am - noon at Leilehua High School cafeteria.  Volunteer attorneys and staff will be on hand to offer legal advice on family law, estate planning and much more.  Visit  vlsh.org
Community Events to register your kids for now

Our school will receive $3 from each designated entry for the HONOLULU Family Fun Run. This year’s registration has opened. Remember to choose our school at registration so that we receive $3 from each entry.
            The run will be on March 31stat Ala Moana Beach Park from 7-10 a.m. There will be the 500 meter dash for keiki 10 and under and a timed 5k run/walk for families. Stick around for fun family-friendly festivities after the run.

Central Oahu Spring Break Camp – 2018 Cost for early registration is $195.00

The Central Oahu Spring Break Soccer Camp will teach Players how to improve their soccer skills and develop a higher level of confidence with the ball.March 19-23, 2018 – Central Oahu Regional Park

Who:  All boys and girls ages 6-14 welcome

* Space is Limited.  Camp will improve the skills of all players from Beginner to Elite. Beginning players will work on fundamentals and Ball Mastery, while Elite players will be brought to a whole new level with advanced skills training.
