If you will be PCSsing during the Christmas break please notify the office so that we can have a release packet ready on your child's last day.  If you notify us during the break your packet would not be ready till after teachers return in January.

Federal Impact Aid Forms
We are continuing to collect outstanding Federal Surveys.  We will be sending out forms again for those students that have not returned their form.  Please fill in any missing info and sign and return
the next day.

Meal Accounts
Students with negative balances cannot participate in fun class activities until their balances are paid off.
Currently we send home low / negative meal balance slips, email reminders, and make phone calls for delinquent balances. Our school policy is to permit 1 meal loan per child ($2.50 for full meals, .40 cents for reduced meals).  For the past month, our daily average is 60 students with negative meal accounts totaling around $300.
If you have not considered applying for free/reduced meals, please stop by the office to pick up an application or apply online at https://www.ezmealapp.com/.
Parents who do not correct their debt and are unresponsive to phone calls and emails will be referred to the Army School Liaison Office.
