Ongoing collection of paper towel rolls and TP rolls. Donate to box in main office outside PCNC office.

September 8 celebrate Dot Day afterschool with your family.  Freshly popped popcorn for sale 50 cents a bag behind the cafeteria. This event offers families the chance to do fun art projects and activity stations from 2:20 – 3:30 put on by Librarian and PCNC. Check in with your family at the pavilion, get registered and leave your backpacks.

Sun. Sept. 4        Paddleboard Race from Waimea Bay to Ali’i Beach Park. 27th annual Haleiwa Joe’s Labor Day Paddleboard Race begins at 11am. Registration takes place from 9- 10:45am and cost to participate is $30. ( includes lunch and a T shirt)

Fri. Sept. 9         Leilehua High School host 2nds at Leilehua from 4pm – 8pm in the school parking lot. Look for food trucks, music and more. Visit 2nds at Leilehua on Facebook or email secondsatleilehua@yahoo.com

Fri. Sept. 9       Wahiawa Library offers an introductory computer class at 10am for ages 12 and up. Sign up at 622-6345

Sat. Sept. 10               Kalo Fest at Waimea Valley. Free annual Kalo & awa Festival with plenty of kalo, awa, tastings, farm produce booths and more. Call 638-7766

Sept. 17 & Oct. 15       Waimea Valley offers guided Moon Walks at 8pm. Cost is $10 per person. Enjoy this full moon walk to the waterfall. A dinner buffet also is available at 5pm in the Proud Peacock. Call 638-7766

Sept. 27     Wahiawa Library sponsors a LEGO Makerspace session at 9:30am. Call 622-6346

Wednesdays         Waimea Valley hosts Keiki Wednesday weekly with free admission and activities for kamaaina children up to age 12. Call (808) 638-7766
